Collection methods & legal reasons (KVKK)

We process data under KVKK conditions, including where necessary: performance of a contract, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, legitimate interests (provided your fundamental rights are not harmed), and explicit consent where required (e.g., certain cookies; special category data such as health/injury information if you choose to share it).

International transfers (KVKK)

We operate from Türkiye and may use service providers that process/store data in Türkiye and/or other countries. Where cross-border transfer occurs, we will apply KVKK-compliant transfer mechanisms and obtain explicit consent where required.

Your KVKK rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Orders are placed through our WooCommerce shop. Payments are processed by Iyzico and/or card networks or providers presented at checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers process payment data under their own policies and terms.
