I worked with Berk over the course of two years as I was preparing for competitions at international level, such as World and European Championships, Mediterranean Games, Islamic Solidarity Games. As a young professional, Berk has always been a supportive, understanding, and motivating coach. It is an individualized program. After we talk about your fitness history, current fitness level and your future goals. I’ll design a holistic approached program. It aims to improve every aspect of strength and condition. No matter what level you are, we’ll start where we can and then progress.

The most important aspect of this program is that it’ll constantly evolve. As we progress, situations change so we must adapt. The more we learn about each other the more we can shape the training. Additionally, no two persons are alike. Every human adapts the training stimulus in different pace. For that, we must always look for the most optimal and beneficial way to do things.

As soon as you reach me out, I’ll send you an online form. After you filled that, we’ll schedule a video call. That’s the start.

We’ll use TrainHeroic App. All the exercises we’ll do are recorded by me and there are also more in-depth notes with them. Additionally, when we work together, in every session there will be more individualized notes only for you. Beside training programs, we’ll communicate via Whatsapp for every other topic.

I work mainly with athletes from varying sports who are looking to get better at what they do while minimizing the risk of injury.

We also account for the past and present injuries while programming. This may be the most important aspect of my training programs. For this topic, you may want to reach me out and we can talk about more.

I’m only a coach. I can help, guide, motivate you and accompany your fitness/performance journey. But I can’t walk it for you. You’ll be expected to put the work in.
