Berk is one of the most if not most knowledgeable strength coaches I have worked with. His programs and workout are designed specifically for me and he takes the time to explain details as well as techniques thoroughly. Even while working together in different countries he is still able to invest time into my progress and well being. He was able to assess my strength and weaknesses both physically and mentally as an athlete and help me set goals in my athletic career. He is constantly trying to improve not only his athletes but himself as well whether that be in the form of his own training or his research. Throughout my time working with Berk I have shown immense progress and continue to do so. He invests both time and effort as well as care into everything he does which makes him a truly amazing coach.
